IFRTraining.ca exists to teach Canadian instrument flying properly: the regulation, why it exists, how it is flown, and how a professional thinks about the next decision.

The organization is not Transport Canada and is not NAV CANADA. Course material is educational. Operational flying requires current official publications, weather, NOTAMs and appropriate flight instruction.
